We are looking for an Employer Brand Lead to support the Culture & Employer Brand Team in Berlin and develop a 360-degree strategy to attract top talent in sales and tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the employer brand strategy, managing budgets, and leading multichannel campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in employer branding or marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Good analytical skills and a secure handling of data
- German as your native language and operational English (at least B2 level)
