Job Description
Doctolib is a technology company focused on building products to improve the lives of care teams and patients. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Core Backend team, ATP, responsible for building and maintaining backend foundations. The role requires technical leadership and a people-oriented approach to building a high-performing engineering team and driving product development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years of management experience
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Java/Kotlin, Typescript, React
- Understanding of testing coding
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and security
- English proficiency
- French fluency a plus
