Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join their Platform team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of their data stores through observability, automation, and a platform mindset. The engineer will collaborate with various teams, including Site Reliability Engineers and Software Engineers, to solve data-related problems and improve the platform. They will also share knowledge with the team on new features and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Database Reliability Engineer or SRE
- Strong expertise in at least one of the core datastores (PostgreSQL, Couchbase or OpenSearch)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
- Fluent in English
