We are seeking a Digital Physiotherapist to join our team at Doctor Care Anywhere. As a Digital Physiotherapist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients to assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal and complex conditions, providing tailored treatment plans, and referrals as needed. You will work closely within a large, multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care and adhere to DCA's regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care in a digital healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive remote physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions via our digital platform, ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Assess and diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, provide evidence-based treatment strategies, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including consultation notes and referrals, ensuring compliance with DCA policies and protocols, clinical governance and data protection standards.
- Signposting patients to the most appropriate services or care settings
- Work closely within a large, multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, ACPs and non-clinical professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Adhere to DCA’s regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care in a digital healthcare environment
- Implement provisions related to Mental Health Legislation (Mental Health Act 2007, Mental Capacity Act 2005) in accordance with legislative requirements, Codes of Practice, and national guidance
- Identifying potential vulnerable patients, recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, and completing safeguarding referrals in accordance with local and national policies
