Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field of study
• Structured work habits, analytical thinking, and independent implementation
• Interest in health, medicine, and new technologies – especially AI and automation potential
• High digital affinity and experience with modern tools (e.g. Notion, Slack, Google Suite)
• Fluency in German (C1)
