AI Research Scientist

Docugami is looking for an exceptional AI research scientist to lead the lab and manage a team of researchers and PhD interns in France. The goal is to continue to push the cutting-edge technology forward and collaborate with scientific institutions in France and Europe.

Requirements

• PhD in areas like computer science, mathematics, statistics, electrical engineering, or related fields
• More than 10 years of experience after completing PhD, or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
• Deep and up-to-date experience with some of the following: generative artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), machine translation, self-supervised learning, active learning, computer vision (CV), statistics, causal inference, and other related disciplines
• Programming skills and familiarity of modern ML frameworks
• Research track record demonstrated by top-level journal and conference publications
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with direct management experience
• Fluent in French and English and resides in France
