Job Description
Docusign is looking for a Lead Atlassian Engineer to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-wide Atlassian solutions across Docusign. The role will lead the design, governance, and optimization of Atlassian platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Experience administering and configuring the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence) at an advanced (admin/super-user) level
- Experience designing and building custom Jira queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations based on business requirements
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as eazyBI or similar platforms
- Experience with programming/scripting languages and technologies (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, HTML, Linux)
- Experience implementing and supporting key Atlassian plugins, including Advanced Roadmaps (Jira Portfolio) and Adaptavist ScriptRunner or equivalent tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines
