Job Description
The Los Angeles Dodgers have a job opportunity for a Fan Services Representative. The position involves greeting fans, directing them throughout Dodger Stadium, and communicating with fans to resolve concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum two to three years' work experience in customer service
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand for entire four to seven hour per shift
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
