Customer Service Employee

The Döhler Group is seeking a Customer Service Employee to join their team in Breda. As a central point of contact for Benelux customers, the successful candidate will work with the SAP system, answer customer questions, and maintain close cooperation with Inside Sales colleagues.

Requirements

• Commercial background and/or extensive experience
• Knowledge of administrative processes and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
• Good command of Dutch and English languages, German is a plus
