We are looking for a Global Product Manager for our Fruits & Vegetables business unit. The ideal candidate has a track record in product management in the food & beverage industry and a degree in food technology or a similar qualification. The role involves developing a global go-to-market strategy, managing product assortment, analyzing key performance indicators, and collaborating with regional teams.

Requirements

• Successful track record as a product manager or related commercial role in the food & beverage or related industry
• Degree in food technology, general business administration or a similar qualification
• Analytical capacity to dive deep into data pools and draw conclusions
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Integrative personality with the ability to work in a matrix organization
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities
• Strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
