Job Description
Döhler is seeking an International Tax Manager to help shape the future of food through innovative technology. They are looking for a person with a high degree in business or economics, with experience in international tax law, and a strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Implement adjustments at the right-wing changes (e.g. BEPS)
- Supervision of In- and Outward trials
- Tax consultation for restructuring, acquisition, contract design and cross-border tax planning
- Project control during M&A projects
- Optimization of the legal structure of the group
- Development of the national and international tax structure
- Management of the International Tax Reporting
- Identification, Reporting and Management of Tax Risks in foreign subsidiaries
- Tax support for the implementation of Group Transfer Pricing projects
- Preparation of guidelines relevant to the foreign tax functions
- Identification and support for research grants, tax incentives or subsidies for R&D or Capex investments
- Good project management skills
