As a Teamlead (m/w/d) IT Business Solutions Sourcing, you will drive the digitalization of our sourcing processes, lead an international team, and ensure that our IT systems are the standard for excellence in our industry.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of proven experience in a comparable management position
• Fundamental knowledge and practical experience with the sourcing modules of SAP Ariba and S/4 HANA
• Strong leadership qualities in an international environment
• Comprehensive experience in project management
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, new technologies, and data security protocols
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices in the industry
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
