Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Dolphin, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair complex mechanical equipment, troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems, and perform preventative maintenance inspections.

Requirements

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical equipment, including but not limited to, large gas fired equipment, Boilers, HVAC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Control systems.
• Develop, fabricate, install various changes to machines as needed to improve operational performance or correct operational deficiencies.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Install electrical conduit, air and chilled water piping for machinery and equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements.
• Provide assistance to assemble, test, and maintain company equipment.
• Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Adapt to various maintenance situations and work in all major production areas in a maintenance capacity.
• Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Follow and ensure compliance with quality system.
