Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator to play a key role in shaping complex commercial projects from the earliest stages of preconstruction. As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for large scale commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced skills in quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and drawing interpretation
- Experience with Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating tools
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style
