Maintenance Technician - Legends of Columbia Heights

Dominium is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team at Legends of Colombia Heights, a 191 unit apartment community in Columbia Heights, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property, creating a great living experience for residents.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
