Job Description
Nurse Manager, Inpatient position responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care. Develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor patient outcomes, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or/and Masters degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
