Coordinator, Logistics Support

Domtar is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to coordinate and process requests that require invoice and inventory adjustments, manage returns, and work closely with multiple business groups. The role involves validating inventory credit requests, creating return orders, making transportation arrangements, and coordinating the disposition of less than prime inventory.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Logistics and Transportation or Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
