Domtar is a leading manufacturer of pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, and wood products. The company is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to fill a permanent full-time position at its Kraft pulp mill in Saint-Félicien, Quebec.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec with a permit
• 5-10 years of experience
• Logical reasoning and conceptual and analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of network maintenance of electrical distribution systems from high to low voltage with protection relays and variable speed drives (AC, DC), control systems (PLC, DCS), operator interfaces (HMI), and communication networks
• Skills with speed controllers, programmable automates, and distributed systems
