Payroll Specialist

Domtar is a leading producer of pulp, paper, packaging, tissue and wood products. The company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support finance and HR activities, including payroll processing, accounts payable, and HR tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in payroll as primary contact, processor and providing weekly compensation analytics and data reporting
• Proficient with computer applications and excel spreadsheet management, UKG and SAP are preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to identify problems, bringing to full resolution
