Domtar is a leader in the manufacture of pulp, paper, packaging, tissue paper and wood products. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Saint-Thomas, Québ, Canada.

Requirements

• Supervise the application of the health and safety management system to achieve the pursued goals
• Act as a leader-coach and change agent within your team
• Plan and supervise all operational activities in the sector under your responsibility
• Monitor production indicators and correct deviations
• Maximize the use of raw materials, ensure product quality and operational efficiency
• Develop the skills of personnel under your supervision
• Plan labor
• Ensure the application of various policies, procedures and standards (quality, environment, ISO, etc.)
• Identify and analyze improvement opportunities
