Requirements

• Perform moderately complex professional engineering duties in a particular engineering field or area of specialization;
• Research market/technical trends, and coordinate larger and cross-functional projects;
• Communicate with employees both within and outside of the department on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and/or advising;
• Influence employees within the department at a program/process level regarding concepts or practices and some advice on approaches;
• Responsible for making moderate improvements of programs, processes, procedures, or systems to contribute to the performance of the team;
