Job Description
Donato Technologies is seeking a Project Manager - Landscape Architect to join their landscape architecture team in Nashville, TN. The role involves leading landscape architecture projects through all phases, managing budgets and teams, and ensuring projects align with environmental and community needs. This position requires a combination of leadership, problem-solving, and design expertise.
Requirements
- BLA or MLA in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect (PLA/RLA) is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Proven experience managing landscape projects, including design, budgeting, and construction phases
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong working knowledge in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino)
- Experience with 3Drendering software, Lumion or Enscape preferred
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices, horticulture, and site grading
- Experience in developing construction documents and details
- Experience with urban and green roof projects
