Doncasters is seeking an Experienced ERP Systems Manager to manage Infor LN Cloud ERP. The role involves ensuring the ERP platform operates efficiently, aligns with business needs, and delivers high-quality service to end users.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing Infor LN (formerly Baan) ERP system from a service point of view
• Experience making and actioning development requests to the system
• ITIL certification is advantageous
• Experience creating documentation, SOPs and policy writing
