Claim Representative - Bodily Injury

Donegal Insurance Group is seeking a Claim Representative to handle Bodily Injury Claims on our Casualty Claims team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong technical knowledge of claim handling procedures.

Requirements

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims as assigned by the Supervisor
• Monitor and direct file handling being performed by Independent Adjusters, Appraisers, and Defense Counsel
• Report all pertinent information to the Underwriting Department
