Requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, documented technical requirements and manage them through the full Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, including Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), billing, and collections.
- Act as the primary liaison between DFIN IT team, and critical functional teams (Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Business Finance, etc.).
- Develop and execute plans to ensure successful implementation of system updates and enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system requirements to support understanding and compliance.
- Manage testing and implementation plans for system updates, including product catalog releases, price changes, and other updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
