Job Description
Donner Network West is seeking a Referral Response Coordinator to assist with donor identification, evaluation, management, and support throughout the donation process. This role involves collaborating with hospital staff and physicians, providing family care, and potentially offering the option of organ donation. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Responds promptly to donor referrals.
- Conducts chart reviews and assesses donor suitability.
- Provides education to hospital staff on donation process.
- Reviews medical-legal documentation related to brain death.
