Donor Network West is seeking a Supervisor of Referral Response to provide leadership and continuity of recovery services operations in a 24x7x365 department and maintain a high quality of service to ensure all donor potential is maximized.

Requirements

• Daily Oversight of Referral Response Management
• Works directly with Organ Referral Department staff and Organ Operations Leadership
• Provides input into policy development, process improvement, and other organizational decisions
