Job Description
We are seeking a Preschool Teacher or Teacher's Aide to support our mission to cultivate knowledge, wisdom, good character, and Christ-like virtue in students. The role is full-time, salaried, and exempt, with a working schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, and a commitment to ongoing training and spiritual formation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12 core semester units in early childhood education/development
- 6 months experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child program
- 6 completed units of early childhood education
- Enrolled in at least 2 semester units at a college until fully qualified
- Professional working experience in relevant field(s)
- Commitment to ongoing training and spiritual formation throughout the year
