In this role, you will create high-conversion visual assets designed to drive engagement, increase Click-Through Rates (CTR), and scale our growth across YouTube, Paid Social, and organic channels.
Requirements
- YouTube Optimization: Experienced with creating âScroll Stoppingâ thumbnails that increase video impression click-through rates
- Social Media Consumption: Must be a consumer of social media and in tune with current trends and style and understand what grabs attention in a viewerâs feed.
- Visual Directness: Ability to prioritize âthe hookâ and marketing performance over abstract art, using high-contrast typography and strategic visual hierarchy.
- Data-Informed Iteration: Willingness to pivot designs based on performance metrics and a proactive interest in campaign CTR results.
- Asset Management: Disciplined in maintaining a clean, accessible library of marketing templates and raw assets.
- Experience: 2+ years in Digital Graphic Design for a high-growth D2C or B2B SaaS marketing team with a proven portfolio of high-performing ad creative.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
