Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management
- Experience in building and managing international supplier structures
- Demonstrable experience in supplier sourcing in Asia
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with manufacturers
- Structured, analytical working style with a clear ownership mindset
- Experience with costing, supplier evaluation, and procurement strategies
- Ability to think strategically and implement operationally
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm to really build things
