Sr. IT Systems, AI & Automation Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Systems, AI & Automation Manager to take over the holistic ownership of our tech stacks and drive process optimization, AI adaptation, and automation throughout the company. The role involves translating business needs into scalable system solutions, ensuring IT infrastructure and security, and working with the senior management team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the field of IT systems, business systems, or tech operations
• Strong understanding of AI topics, updates, and possibilities
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformations (No-Code/Low-Code focus)
• Preferred experience with business systems like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Netsuite
• Knowledge in IT security (firewalls, networks, endpoint security, compliance)
• Solid knowledge in cloud environments (BigQuery)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Very good German and English knowledge
