Account Development Executive, In-Store

The In-Store Sales team at DoorDash is responsible for growing and scaling the SevenRooms platform by empowering operators to take control of their guest relationships. As an Account Development Executive, you will own growth and retention across a portfolio of existing restaurant and hospitality customers, driving renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to your customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Demonstrated success identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that create meaningful customer value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Comfort working with data and using insights to inform sales and account strategies
• A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
