Job Description
The Ads & Promos organization is a key pillar of DoorDash’s business, enabling customers to discover quality, affordable options through tailored incentives. The Promo Products team supports the systems that power promotional experiences across our consumer and merchant surfaces. The successful candidate will oversee a talented group of engineers and drive the successful execution of our product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of industry experience, including minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Experience managing product engineering teams with Backend, Frontend Engineers, and mobile engineers
- Strong product sense and ability to be a thought partner with cross-functional peers
- Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
