Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Mx AI/ML team, driving the design and deployment of next-generation AI product solutions that power our merchant experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in machine learning and AI engineering, including 2+ years of leadership experience managing applied scientists and ML engineers
- A proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale, with shipped AI-powered products that have reached millions of users
- Broad knowledge of machine learning and technical depth in one or more areas: computer vision, natural language processing, generative models, or large-scale agent systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- A demonstrated ability to define clear roadmaps and execution plans to deliver team success
- A passion for building teams, mentoring talent, and cultivating an inclusive, high-impact culture
