Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with strong operational acumen and a high degree of flexibility to serve as a Market Support Manager. The role involves leading on-site, stabilizing and scaling, owning operational excellence, supporting growth and change, and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Leadership, Operations, Consulting, Logistics, Strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools to drive decisions
- Proven track record of building a strong site culture and mastery in site operations
