Job Description
As a Senior Associate on the DoorDash for Business Catering team, you will develop the go-to-market strategy and onboarding experience for catering customers and merchant partners. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional partnerships—building the playbooks, processes, and analytical foundations that support growing our new catering product lines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment
- Own GTM initiatives end-to-end—from strategy through execution
- Analytically strong: write SQL, work fluently with data, and know how to distill complexity into clear recommendations
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to automate workflows, surface insights, and drive faster, better decisions
- Strong communication and influence skills
