Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Shift Lead at our DashMart location in Newark, NJ. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, ensuring customer orders are delivered with high quality, and maintaining accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to be on your feet and move heavy products
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck
- Food handling certificate (DoorDash will provide training)
- Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Flexibility in schedule
