Shift Lead - North Valley

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Shift Lead in a fast-paced, physical environment. As a Shift Lead, you will take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training. You will lead a team of Operations Associates, guide them through their shift, and ensure the team works safely and productively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work well with others and bring a great attitude to work each day
• Self-motivation, positivity, and high integrity
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility in schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
