Job Description
DoorDash Labs is hiring a Software Engineer, Infrastructure to develop and improve the infrastructure that enables large-scale simulation testing, continuous integration, and machine learning for autonomous vehicle development. The successful candidate will have significant scope and decision-making responsibility and will work with multiple stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure for large-scale distributed simulation execution, petabyte-scale dataset processing, and GPU-accelerated distributed computing. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science, Robotics or related technical field
- In-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Strong Python programming experience
- Experience with operationalizing large-scale systems
- Experience with at least one distributed data processing framework (Ray, Spark, Flink, etc)
- Passionate about software quality and reliability
- Experience with GPU-accelerated systems
- Robotics domain experience/knowledge
