Job Description
We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the San Francisco area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations.
Requirements
- Real estate license
- Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with frequent local travel
- Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
- Professional demeanor with positive attitude
