Job Description
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and serve as the technical backbone of our customer success efforts, helping schools and universities integrate their data systems with Doowii.
Requirements
- Own and manage the technical setup and integration process for new customers
- Configure data pipelines, write SQL queries, and leverage Python scripts for automation and transformation
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with product/engineering to resolve them
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them get the most value out of Doowii
- Document processes and create customer-facing resources to streamline onboarding and support
- Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer needs inform roadmap priorities
