Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize logistics processes.
• Ability to clearly coordinate and negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Precision in managing documentation and tracking multiple shipments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for reporting and analysis.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics coordination.
