Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic technology startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven track record in managing product funnels, driving conversions, and achieving success metrics.
• Proficiency in interpreting customer data and using tools such as wireframes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Ability to work effectively across teams, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing the full product cycle, from concept to post-deployment optimization.
• Ability to understand complex systems and customer journeys within a broader market context.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, with additional languages being a plus.
