Requirements
- University student or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in the entire mass recruitment and selection process
- B1 driving license
- Intermediate English
- Microsoft Office Information Systems: Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email at an intermediate-advanced level
- Experience in applying and interpreting psychometric tests
- Experience in competency-based interviews
- Experience in massive hiring
- Experience in managing social networks and talent attraction tools
- Knowledge of current labor legislation
