Job Description
As Head of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM), you will take enterprise ownership of how data is defined, governed, and leveraged across dormakaba. You will chair the Global Data Council, lead the enterprise Data Governance and MDM organization, and define and deliver the Data Governance & MDM vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), or enterprise data management
- Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations, including managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, including data governance, data migration, and data readiness
