Job Description
The Team Lead - R2R will lead end-to-end Record to Report processes, manage a team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the ANZ market at dormakaba Business Services, Chennai.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory/team lead experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling roles
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA (CWA), CA (Inter), M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
- Strong expertise in end-to-end R2R processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Extensive experience with SAP and strong proficiency in MS Office tools
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and lead through change
- Experience in shared services or global business services environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in early shifts (starting 4 AM, later 6 AM)
