Requirements
- Provide technical and commercial advice and support
- Resolve customer challenges efficiently
- Work closely with our distribution network to drive mutual success
- Manage sales of products and services in cooperation with agents and distributors
- Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers
- Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers of strategic importance
- Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management
- Use the company's CRM system consistently to document customer interactions
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans and prioritize activities to achieve targets
- Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives
- Conduct customer training sessions related to new products, applications, and best practices
