We are seeking a Senior Assistant Superintendent to manage daily maintenance operations and provide leadership in the absence of the Superintendent or Director of Agronomy. The ideal candidate will have a service-first culture, lead a team, and ensure agronomic excellence.

Requirements

• Direct and implement Dormie Network agronomy policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise and manage the upkeep of the golf course property.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train agronomy staff.
