Senior Contract Manager (m/f/d) – Hydropower & Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager for our stake in Lahmeyer International GmbH in Bad Vilbel, Germany or at project offices worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and compilation of tender documents, contractual leadership of the construction contract procurement process, and advising international teams on construction contract management. The role entails managing claims, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings, as well as providing assistance in project management and construction scheduling.

Requirements

• Studies in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with focus on construction management or contract management
• At least 20 years of relevant professional experience, including overseas work
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in procuring large construction services for hydropower or similar projects
• Management of FIDIC-based construction contracts and experience with non-standard EPC or other types of contracts
• Common construction scheduling software and techniques
• Will to travel domestically and internationally
