The Program Coordinator, Aging Along Together will oversee the day-to-day implementation of DOROT's Aging Alone Together programs, plan and lead virtual and in-person programs, and manage online resources and community education programs. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program coordination, social services, nonprofit management, or related fields.

- Experience planning and coordinating programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Work well both independently and as a member of a team
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to follow through to achieve deliverables
- Passion for supporting older adults and building community
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or another database
